One credit per generated report. A side-by-side comparison counts as one credit, not two. Failed jobs are auto-refunded.
Do credits expire?
Starter credits retain for 12 months. Pro and Agency credits do not expire.
Can I switch between Stripe and Airwallex?
Yes. Admins can toggle the active payment provider at any time without disrupting in-flight payments.
What happens after a payment?
Credits are added to your balance within seconds of webhook confirmation. You receive an in-app notification and an optional email.
Is there a free tier?
New accounts can run one demo-mode audit at signup. Demo mode runs 5 pages and 3 pipeline steps, which is enough to kick the tyres before buying.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days, on unused credit balances, yes. Email [email protected] and we process it within 3 business days.
Who owns the generated reports?
You do. aiseotool holds no rights to your audit content and does not train models on customer data.
